What difference does one year make? For Flawless Inbound: words like "everything", "a whole lot", and "I'm gonna need another six coffees" fit the bill. Between a book launch, growing the team, achieving HubSpot Platinum Partner status and more, there’s so much we’ve accomplished. We want to take a moment to celebrate a year of dedicated work and hard-won results. 

We’ve Grown from 10 to 16 Full-Time Staff!

It’s been a massive year of growth in terms of our team’s size. In fact, we were able to expand so much we needed a whole new office to accommodate us!

We’ve doubled our capacity to deliver results, augmented all our teams with a web developer and graphic designer, and been able to expand our sales team with two new members.

And we’re not done yet: there are still two roles to be filled. In January, we’ll be 18-strong — and see plenty more on the horizon.

Now Operating in Alberta — And BC

Flawless Inbound was born in Alberta, but this year, we branched out. We now have an Inbound Marketing Consultant, John Robbins, operating in BC.

He’s working tirelessly to help our BC clients with their digital lead engines and creating sales and marketing growth strategies. Say hello, John!

HubSpot Platinum Partners — And Second Most Highly Rated in HubSpot’s Canadian Directory!

Flawless Inbound is now a HubSpot Platinum Partner

2018 marks the year we passed the threshold and earned HubSpot Platinum Partner status. Only five Canadian agencies have made it this far, and we’re so proud to now be among them.

Not only that, but thanks to our amazing clients and the work we’ve done to drive results for them, we’re now the second most highly rated agency in Canada in HubSpot’s listings. We can't help it. Inbound is our obsession!

Showing HubSpot Leadership with Edmonton Workshops

After earning the right to host HubSpot User Group meetings in Edmonton, we got right to work and put one on in September, followed by another in November. These workshops have been focused on helping CMOs and Sales Managers getting more out of HubSpot – and have been a great chance to showcase the amazing talent on our team.

In September, we talked about Sales and Marketing alignment, and moved onto chat bots and universal design in November. Watch out for our next HUG event, coming in February 2019!

Journey to the Summit is a book on B2B MarketingIn the works for some time, we released Saher Ghattas’ book, Journey to the Summit, in 2018 on Amazon. It’s the distilled wisdom of decades of technical and marketing expertise in one convenient package.
