Your responsibilities include:

  • Serve as the implementation specialist for our customers, managing their technology stack and enabling them to achieve their desired objectives on their digital transformation journey with diverse software and tools.
  • Evaluate a customer’s current tech stack to execute on the implementation roadmap and strategy using best practices and Flawless Inbound's playbooks.
  • Implement and configure HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Services Hubs campaign set up, technical integrations, reporting, and user adoption activities.
  • Understand the entire buyer’s journey from awareness, consideration, and decision stages to implementing the tools and configurations needed.
  • Working to resolve challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
  • Implement Marketing, Sales, and Services Automation, including but not limited to lead nurturing and demand generation campaigns utilizing HubSpot’s automation software.
  • Build and test segmented lists and complex workflows based on audience behaviors like offers downloaded, site pages visited, and emails opened.
  • Work with Digital and Automation Strategists to build monthly and quarterly HubSpot campaign reports for further strategic analysis.
  • Set up tracking for various ad campaigns using HubSpot’s Ads tools in alignment with Google Analytics and Google Data Studio.
  • Schedule and monitor social media posts.
  • Set up deal stages and pipelines.
  • Set up field mappings within HubSpot.
  • Effective and real-time communication and project management through Teamwork.
  • Working to resolve challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.

What we're looking for:

  • 2+ years’ experience in HubSpot configuration and implementation with significant hands-on experience; the position will require Marketing and Sales Hub Knowledge (Service Hub is a bonus).
  • Strong knowledge of the sales cycle and how CRM and related applications play a role as a cohesive sales solution.
  • A customer first mindset and a consultative approach to problem solving.
  • Can manage multiple complex customer engagements simultaneously and ensure a successful and timely completion (average of 10 customers at a time).
  • Experience with automating workflows for key business processes.
  • High attention to quality and detail.
  • Experience in other third-party cloud-based tools such as Salesforce, Zapier, etc. is a plus.
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • A strong technical aptitude, with a deep experience in \ integrations and APIs.
  • Demonstration of analytical thinking.

    Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Data Processing or equivalent
  • 2+ years of related work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in HubSpot configuration and implementation
  • Data entry experience with high attention to detail
  • Experience explaining how to reach key goals using software to end users
  • Track record of creative problem solving for software end users
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference, and email
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Able to adapt quickly to changing environments
  • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with continuous desire to improve technical acumen
  • Ability to collaborate cross functionally with IT, product teams, and operations
  • Ability to work under pressure, deadlines, and navigate roadblocks
  • Comfortable learning new products
