 Flawless Inbound is looking for a Sales Rep who understands the power of a collaborative sales process, who is very comfortable selling to a director-level of B2B, $10-$200M organizations Technology Solutions. 

We are looking for a Sales Rep who is Coachable, and willing to learn new Sales process with the long sales cycle. 

In this role, the sales will be responsible to handle warm or cold from the awareness of their top business challenges or goals through a sales process and series of questions to identify and understand what Technology solution will fit best your prospects’ business challenges, requirements and goals from the Flawless Technology and services Stack and which they are considering either it is a software implementation, and consulting will be required 

What will you be selling  

Digital Transformation Services:
  1. Consulting/Implementation of HubSpot CRM automation  
  2. Consulting / Implementation of  NetSuite ERP Solutions 
  3. Consulting/Implementation of HubSpot Ticketing system 

Revenue-Driven Marketing Programs: 

  1. Digital marketing programs for B2B organization 
  2. Advanced Website projects 
  3. Ecommerce projects 
  4. Marketing automation enablement with HubSpot Marketing HUB  

Your Impact

  1. You will be responsible for a quota in a specific region to sell professional service contracts that will include consulting, Implementation services, system integration for B2B Small to Mid-Size organizations with $10M-$200M in revenue.  
  2. You will use CRM and sales process to manage sales through prospecting, lead qualifying, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning. 
  3. You will develop digital transformation and Revenue Driven marketing solutions and proposals encompassing all aspects of the business applications either HubSpot or NetSuite Oracle. 
  4. Create and lead sales and solutions presentations for a complete value proposition either virtual meetings, phone or webinars. 
  5. You know how to sell through distance and use contacts and list-building platforms like ZoomInfo. 
  6. We will conduct 50 outbound calls per month to generate 10 discovery meetings a month  
  7. You will be accountable for quota attainment of $500K+ USD each year.

About You 

  1. You have attention to details
  2. You are a self-starter and very good with time management  
  3. You focus on moving deals forward in the sales pipeline 
  4. You are very good at sales follow up and building calls to action to move deals forward 
  5. You are Very good at taking notes 
  6. You are able to identify and plan the right technical resources needed to help you move the deal forward to winning the contract.  
  7. You have 3+ years of experience using CRM (preferably HubSpot), business emails, Office suite, contacts and list building platforms like ZoomInfo 
  8. You have 3+ years of experience in cold calling following the organization sales script 
  9. You need to be able to start outbound activities after the 2 weeks of onboarding. 
  10. You will need to attend and participate in weekly forecast calls with your team and your Sales leader   

Highly Desired Skills:  

  • You must have a university degree/college diploma or equivalent work experience. 
  • You must have 5+ years inside or outside sales experience in Software or Business Services for B2B clients (Director level, Financial/Marketing/Sales/operation)  
  • You have a strong understanding of Accounting Solutions, Business Solutions, eCommerce, ERP or CRM in a sales capacity is essential, as well as the ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close a sale. 
  • You must be results-driven with a proven ability to sell and project a positive, professional attitude. 
  • You must be able to effectively communicate in English with clients and internally with teams through all available mediums. 
  • You have high Energy, very good in collaboration with other team members of the sales and marketing teams.  
  • You have the ability to work in a remote team environment. 
  • You are Coachable and willing to learn and optimize your process and follow the Flawless Inbound Sales Framework 
  • You are able to work with KPIs, everything will be measurable using HubSpot CRM (Calls, Meetings. Emails, deals, Close rate) and these KPIs will be used to measure your success 
  • You must be able to demonstrate that you have and are able to achieve $500K+ in annual Quota. 
  • You understand B2B Buyers journey including but not limited to outbound calls and emails, booking and conducting discovery meetings, and goalsetting meetings, presenting the findings and the solutions, finalizing statement of work, closing deals, handoff to delivery teams. 
  • You have Social selling experience especially with LinkedIn for B2B  
  • You accept positive feedback and can adjust to given directions and training.
